Pros

Definitely a quiet place to work, coworkers are ok. No training program, Management follows Japanese culture in the U.S.A. although Japanese culture would be considered extremely rude in the U.S.A.

Cons

Unprofessional staff level employees who are discourteous to each other on a daily basis, and management allows it. No career path.

Trustworthy, sincere, and responsible co-workers with good benefits, competitive and transparent salary offer, and room to growth for individuals and the company

Cons

Still in the process of growing, tend to practice the Japanese business ethic, but is has been changing in a good way by the Japanese management with the localized mind
