Good work and life balance

Not competitive salary, business portfolio is only limited to recruiting

Definitely a quiet place to work, coworkers are ok. No training program, Management follows Japanese culture in the U.S.A. although Japanese culture would be considered extremely rude in the U.S.A.

Unprofessional staff level employees who are discourteous to each other on a daily basis, and management allows it. No career path.
