      Stress and growth was a great experience was great. Accomplished a lot of things and built a lot of systems with great payback to the bottom-line and saw those direct results to employees lives.

      Cons

      Stress and then politics eventually destroyed me.

      Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
