      Pros

      The work environment is very friendly and free of toxicity. Also, if you are looking to get into the role of producing live TV, this is the perfect place to learn. Lastly, there is trust from managers that we execute our jobs with almost zero micromanaging.

      Cons

      If you're working on the live studio team, you will definitely working horrible hours with little pay. Opportunity for promotion is very limited because it is solely dependent on people quitting. Also, very little reward for hard effort and efficient work.

      Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
