      All the work is timed you must meet productivity and their quotas. Makes you feel like you are just a number.

      Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
