Disordered - Anonymous employee QVC Employee Review

The longer I work here the more I see, there aren't may pros, but I guess good change doesn't happen over night in anything ! I do see that they are attempting to make it a more professional environment, but there are always the few employees that treat the job as if they are hanging on the street corner or the ghetto, and choose to harass certain other employees who do not want to be bothered with them, because we come to Qvc to do the job we were hired for. I do like the no smoking policy though.
