      While you are highly valued, there are shortcomings corporately in the area of helping employees create a work life balance.

      Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
