Pros

Excellent benefits, (paid time off vacation PTO, paid holidays, floating holidays). Employee recognition, lower and upper levels. Opportunity for growth.

Cons

Corporate management is not as connected to the business as they believe. Change is inevitable and understandable. Too many knee-jerk changes made (some even had to be reversed). Corporate level, in my opinion, does not embody the QVC Difference values.

High call volume. Can't even sip water before the next call is coming through

Pros

Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
