      Pros

      Decent starting pay. 50 cent pay raise each year. Good benefits. Various departments to work in. 40 hrs a week + some OT. Opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Work life balance is hard for 3rd shift workers. You must work scheduled/mandatory OT unless cancelled by QVC. Voluntary OT is not always guaranteed.
