Great learning curve, interesting work, helping the public, great colleagues and managers. Flexible schedule, casual dress and option to telework. They offer good benefits and paid time off is above average.
Cons
Disorganized, Qlarant has to appease CMS which has no idea what it’s doing they are a nightmare to deal with. heavy workload leads to impossible work schedule and throws off the work-life balance. More face to face training so staff knows what they are doing while training instead of the watch and see method.
