      Pros

      I am a recent hire here at Qlik, but what drove me to accept a position at this company? In a word: Culture. It has been consistent that the people here is what sets this place apart: Its the people! The culture. We have all read stories about tech companies focus on the quarter - yes, we are driven, but we work collaboratively! This is what really stood out to me!

      Cons

      I am new -- so at this time, I have no cons to report. I will try an updates in 6 months.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      Cons

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
