      Nothing good to add here

      Cons

      Company culture is a huge no no. No one seems to know what they are doing and the calibre of people generally is disappointing. You have to tell them how to do their job. All the best people left or leaving which is a huge tell tale sign. The company doesn’t realise quality of skills but relies on favouritism. The politics here is so bad that you feel like you are constantly fighting for your job. No career progression.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      Cons

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
