      Pros

      Work with latest technologies. Amazing products, in the forefront of the AI revolution. Most of all, fantastic culture and co-workers.

      Cons

      The only drawback of a global team is that in some roles there may be meetings outside business hours.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
