      Pros

      workload is manageable and benefits are okay (can be better though)

      Cons

      Being required to go into the office when no one else goes in management is inexperienced and do not really know what they are doing

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      Cons

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
