      Pros

      Very fortunate to have benefited from the coaching, mentoring and support from some Exceptionally talented, high performing, high earning colleagues across the U.K. Sales team Incredibly intelligent, resourceful and hard-working pre-sales. Pedigree across verticals with unique propositions.

      Cons

      Marketing engine is dated and so is the leadership - decisions driven from across the pond, localisation is an afterthought. Leadership team more invested in themselves, aggrandising their own PR, and self-preservation - no vision, highly risk-averse.c

      Qlik just let go their CRO, CMO, and GM. These are the right moves to fix a failing model.

      Pros

      The people you meet at Qlik are one of a kind. Truly amazing, dedicated, supportive people. Whether that be the Demand Center leadership, your peers, or the sales managers. The culture here is phenomenal!

      Cons

      Too many changes, every year or sometimes even couple of months, you have new managers and a new territory. It’s hard to get a handle of it coming from one industry and training to another. The pay is low compared to other SDR/BDR roles in the industry. No fault to the managers on the BDR team, but the senior leadership tends to care more about activity volume on top of quota. You could hit your quota by 110% and they’ll still ask you to get 100s of calls in a day. The company has also lost the plot on product. Qlik Sense is an amazing analytics tool. If they doubled down on their analytics and made it truly in the cloud and low code/no code, they’d have better results.
