Pros
- Excellent management in the UK, makes this a great place to be. - Great solution. - Employee benefits are superb.
Cons
- Marketing have too much power/influence. - Can tend to over analyse everything, which leads to unnecessary additions to the processes. - The decision to focus on moving support staff (Inside Sales & Business Development) to the new Barcelona office means the Reading office has "lost its buzz"
