Pros

Great culture, excellent product, cool application of technology. Good working conditions and employee benefits. Lots of effort to understand where management team can improve and investment in technology.

Cons

With a number of moves to Barcelona and some leavers in the Hub over recent months, the vibe in the office has been diminished. Uncertainty for some employees has now largely been addressed.

Qlik just let go their CRO, CMO, and GM. These are the right moves to fix a failing model.

Cons

Massive org disruptions cause delays in productivity.

Pros

The products are very competitive, specifically, Qlik Cloud Analytics which is the heritage of the company.

Cons

Constant change at the Executive level. Every 6 months a new regime comes in and fires and replaces personnel. Operationally, the company is a complete mess. Marketing has no budget and customers don't know the whole Qlik story.
