Pros

Still riding the high of being ranked high in the magic quadrant. Associative model is a differentiator. Still one of the larger BI companies.

Cons

Not a good place to be anymore. They lost their technology leadership and sales plummeted. Huge rounds of layoffs each month. Probably going to get sold huge loss by the VC firm that bought them

Qlik just let go their CRO, CMO, and GM. These are the right moves to fix a failing model.

Cons

Massive org disruptions cause delays in productivity.

Pros

Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

Cons

Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.
