      Driven environment that requires a lot of learning. Remote working and not that much travel.

      Cons

      Post IPO, not too exciting. Management is always coming down on you.

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.
