Data analytics company that cannot pay commission is a disgrace. Every paycheck is a lottery, if you receive a payment you are afraid to use it because you don't know if they will take it way from in the next payroll. Cumbersome commission plan that incentivizes the wrong behavior with many definitions that exist only in this company. You can be paid for deals that you didn't sell and the opposite way get zero commissions for deals that you worked so hard for. If you reach out to the compensation team, it will take months to receive a response if you are lucky enough to receive one. Commission report that is impossible to read or understand. I hope that someone at TB will see this review and understand why the results look so bad this year and why all the good sales reps are leaving Qlik.
