Pros

I love the company I work for. Our solutions are excellent, solving problems, helping people, and giving companies the tools to make decisions. My work group is very well led, and I always love to be able to propose and execute new marketing plans.

Cons

Maybe the only issue is that there are more benefits in Mexico, but I have more pros in the balance.

Pros

Qlik just let go their CRO, CMO, and GM. These are the right moves to fix a failing model.

Cons

Massive org disruptions cause delays in productivity.

Pros

The products are very competitive, specifically, Qlik Cloud Analytics which is the heritage of the company.

Cons

Constant change at the Executive level. Every 6 months a new regime comes in and fires and replaces personnel. Operationally, the company is a complete mess. Marketing has no budget and customers don't know the whole Qlik story.
