Still in the "hpneymoon" phase of my employment, but I have worked for several companies and I can tell this one is unique. Senior management truly makes employees feel a part of the company mission. There is no gatekeeping of information, adnd when they say "open door policy" they really mean it. Everyone has a seat at the table. The compensation and benefits for US employees are really good, including many things most group health plans do not like IVF and bariatric services. One thing that stood out to me the most was the teams. Working here, you feel like you are working with actual humans, not just job titles.
