Poor Culture/Management - SR HRIS Analyst Qorvo Employee Review

There is no "Human" in HR. HR has a very toxic culture and extremely high turnover. Executive HR Management is very cavalier and does not communicate with any HR employees below their status. Turnover rate is extremely high. If you have valid complaints against managers, Employee Relations will spend time investigating to see how they can avoid liability rather than fairly and justly do what HR is expected to do for ALL employees. When you challenge HR and stand up to unfairness, HR has a culture that will find ways to slyly retaliate .
