Not truly diverse, no true work/life balance, lots of office politics, unorganized, still operates as a small organization although it is a $5B global organization, no proper onboarding or training system in place, favoritism, inconsistent policies, high-deductible insurance plan, low 401k matching plan, focuses too much on cost reduction rather than retaining experienced talent, HR is a joke & needs to be gutted & replaced with more experienced staff, IT support is inadequate, unclear/inconsistent business strategy
