Awful management, terminated me in an unfair evaluation. Their approach and evaluation were very unfair and unreasonable. Toxic atmosphere, my manager used Nicotine dip at work and provided unfair assessments. The non-standard office chair caused me backache, There was no compensation or severance package after termination, and a toxic workplace, management system, and review. No management review system was established, and no standard documentation and hierarchy. So unfair termination and evaluation. Bringing low-level & unprofessional people to manage. It is so unprofessional.
