Pros
Welcomes new graduates, even those with little to no hands-on experience in RF design. Provides comprehensive training programs to help new hires build strong technical skills.
Cons
Low motivation among senior employees due to poor compensation. Most senior engineers start looking for other job opportunities after contributing for two to three years. Extremely unprofessional HR team with poor communication skills and lack of basic courtesy when interacting with employees. The immigration team, based on what I’ve heard, fails to effectively support the immigration needs of the workforce and often relies on their limited, novice-level knowledge.
