Very lax work environment. PTO and Holiday
Cons
4% profit sharing/incentive pay from mid-level management down. Next level is 15%. Leadership doesn't do any coaching or building of employees that looking to advance. Inconsistent policy enforcement. Do not take care of the highly knowledgeable and experienced operators to help with retention.
