Pros

good pay and set schedule

Cons

There are a lot of injuries in each department but especially for compounders. There were at least 10 other people out on worker's comp or light duty while I was working there. I worked there for 6 months before going on worker's 'comp. I was on work comp from April-October and they terminated me in August. The doctor said I reached maximum medical improvement and I have been placed on permanent restrictions for the rest of my life, being only 28 years old. Management is disorganized with obvious favoritism in the workplace. They'll say one thing to make the employees happy then do something else instead. There is a high turnover rate. There was a new employee every week when I first started.

Pros

Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

Cons

Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
