      Pros

      Great healthcare and there is a "Limited" few that actually care but they also know that there is absolutely nothing they can do but offer empathy.

      Cons

      There isn't enough space to type it. Main thing is absolutely NO direction or training to really speak of. Human Recourses change people faster that the stock market does exchanges. They hire outside "Professional" help that does not understand the "People" side of things and always answers with talking over you or with a question in return but NOT an answer.

      Pros

      Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.
