      Pros

      decent health benefits,12 hour shifts meant 3 and 4 days off per week or chance for overtime while still having a couple days off.very safety oriented

      Cons

      low pay in most starting positions,took away bonuses,profit sharing,holiday parties and increased health benefit costs.
