Pros
The people - depending on the location you work at - very friendly, family-oriented people (NOT UPPER MANAGEMENT). The teams plan a lot of events to bring people together and get to know each other. Fitness center on site (although it is not staffed or well maintained). Day care on site (very expensive, but convenient).
Cons
The benefits - no 401K matching, little to no raises, no uniform reimbursement, no tuition reimbursement, increased insurance premiums. All of these were eliminated or changed in the last year. Little cohesion between Quad employees and the employees of companies acquired by Quad (lots of animosity). Very high turnover rate. They expect you to work LOTS of hours, whether you are salaried or hourly, production or admin - under the guise that "we're all part of the team, and we have to do this to succeed".
