      Pros

      -The people. -HSA option -401k options - a traditional or Roth -Learning opportunities/Growth potential -Amount of vacation days was good

      Cons

      -Below market pay. This is a big one. -401k match ( $.30 - not guaranteed and is a low match) -Vacation days are not paid out when you leave. Make sure to use it or you'll lose it and you won't be paid for any remaining vacation.
