Pros
Good pay, easy and modular hours, amenities available and more for full time. Very friendly co-workers, drug testing and smoking is prohibited (could be a con). Monotonous with little sense of failure, you go in and put 20 pounds of paper on a pallet and repeat until your shift is over with occasional need to change something like the plates (relatively easy) or push a forklift. Most issues are not on your head unless you physically break the press.
Cons
Long twelve hour shifts, minimal to no breaks and you need to eat while working. Very back breaking work if you do not pace yourself properly, even then you might have to take pain killers just to get by. Part time workers will get thrown on random jobs that vary greatly. You are expected to maintain them with no training but what the foremen are willing to give you. You have to be more than proactive, you have to learn quickly and have a general work sense to actually butt in and try to help when you have no idea what you're supposed to do.
