Pros
4 day weekends if you enjoy them or occasional chances to work overtime if you want it. Starts at $13 an hour.
Cons
Most of the work is given to Mexican workers. The remainder is divided up by favoritism. Takes years to get good money and you can't get sick or you'll be penalized. No sick days and little vacation time. Business is also on its way out.
