-Some micro-managing supervisors -Some supervisors just don't care -They will hire ANYONE. People who have never had a job or do not know workplace etiquette/social skills (known alcoholics, drug-addicts, ex-cons, people with extreme behavioral problems, people with no respect for authority.) People who do not drive because of DUIs and needed a ride in was a huge issue in the factory.
