Cons
12 hour, day/night shift ,holidays and weekends too . Subpar wages and benefits ,sharp divisions between rude management and hourly staff. When you're on call 24/7 and you're called in at 11pm you will be paid comp time , not overtime and only for the hours you worked on site . Great opportunities to share your knowledge and train your replacement as well . . Employee services is reduced to a kiosk up in the main lobby, the office was there but no manager present to ask questions. The fitness center is unstaffed and doctors office is has minimal nursing staff with No doctor on site .its no secret the print industry has been in steady decline for many years , choose wisely .
