      Pros

      Friendly people for the most part, days off. Lots of overtime during the busiest parts of the year. Pretty decent Healthcare coverage.

      Cons

      Tough to make living wage during slow periods without dipping into vacation hours. In order to qualify for health insurance, must have a biometric screening every year. Kind of a pain.
