      Pros

      Apprenticeship programs pay for school, by then end pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Everyone is either racist, misogynistic, bigoted, or all of the above. Management doesn't care and is degrading to everyone. No one takes responsibility for anything, it's always someone else's fault.
