Pros

They make great promises. They sound like it is a healthy place to work. Pay starts out OK until they start cutting things. Started out with a great work ethic, now i could care less.

Cons

Ummm.. they hire with promises they don't keep. They expect you to perform at the level and pay scale you were hired at while taking away pay by way of reducing overtime (after 36 hours) that you were hired with. Poor communication between the higher ups and the regular workers. No consideration for any kind of home life. Poor attitude from exhausted workers makes for a depressing work atmosphere. Hard to get answers, the more vague the easier it is to blame. Unhealthy. Tired, stressed employees. Poor "healthy" lunches, tasteless and overdone. Clinic seems intent on getting everyone on some kind of med or another, better for business?? Many employees that have been there a long time are realizing that the company is not what it was when they started but feel they have too much invested in the company to move on. I feel bad for them. Bringing in a lot of temp help.
