Pros
you'll always be the smartest person in the room because the staff are anything but talented and sophisticated
Cons
[Comp is below market value, Benefits Suck] • Benefits are not cheap, forced into using CVS pharmacy and that is significantly more expensive than other pharmacies • 401 is a joke. they contribute $.33 to the $1 [Leadership and Staff] • If you have a brain, you don't need to use it, bc they sure as heck dont. •homegrown talent who don't know what marketing is •marketing processes are completely manual, even reporting • complete disconnect across sales and marketing, and sales tells marketing what to do, i think mostly because the CMO is a first-timer who doesn't know what he's doing • there's a marketing leader who logs in to calls playing his guitar instead of working. he consistency overpromises and doesn't communicate across stakeholders. he's known as the "yes man" who doesn't deliver • no career opportunities •hire overqualified talent who aren't homegrown , but also can't use their expertise because they're treated as monkeys [Tip to Board Members] • fire 90% of marketing, events and brand • too much nepotism
