Pros

Good learning experience for newcomers to job market.

Cons

No respect from management toward lower echelon employees, especially dcrs and lead gen; high turnover---20 employees fired from Carrollton office in last 3 yrs, including 5 fired in one day; employees told when they can go to bathroom; unreasonable expectations;if your car breaks down on way to work and has to be towed, and you call supervisor to let her know, the next day you get "points"---meaning a reprimand, because you didn't give them sufficient notice that youn would miss a day of worik!

Pros

Good benefits and great people.

Cons

Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

Pros

Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

Cons

The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
