Thank you for your feedback on your experiences working at Quadient. It is good to hear about your positive feedback on the professional and wonderful employees working at our company, recognized as a leader in the CCM space. However, it is unfortunate that you have had negative experiences as well. Our strategy is very clear: to remain leaders on the Customer Communication Management Market by continuously developing solutions to help our customers giving a great experience to their customers through all channels: print, digital and social as well as remaining leader on the Postal/address sorting market and permanently innovate in document and data management to offer a top of the range customer experience solutions platform. However, based on your feedback, we may need to communicate this in a more consistent way. As with any company undergoing mergers or significant changes, we often encounter those who are more focused on self preservation than the betterment of the organization. We are working diligently to ensure such individuals are removed from the organization or refocused on business needs. Thank you again for your comments.
