Thank you for the feedback. The foundational business of mailing has been declining for the last few years however Quadient has accelerated its transformation over the last two years. This programmed mutation aims to meet companies' needs for digital, automated solutions and to allow the company to focus on new markets. 2019 was the first year of execution of the “Back to Growth” strategic plan, prepared in 2018. The refocusing of our business on four main solutions - Customer Experience Management, Business Process Automation, Mail-Related Solutions, Parcel Locker Solutions - was supplemented by a return to investment in organic resources, divestments and a prudent, targeted acquisition plan.
