Thank you for your feedback. Quadient has four major solutions, Business Process Automation, Customer Experience Management, Mail-related Solutions and Parcel Locker Solutions. Within our Mail-Related Solutions, a few of our US-based products do indeed connect to the USPS. However, this is really a small percentage of our entire product portfolio. Our entire list of products can be found on our Website. Regarding micromanagement, we are sorry to hear about your experience. During our rebrand from Neopost to Quadient, we deployed new set of values centered around being EPIC (Empowerment, Passion, Inspiration and Community). We recognize we still need to improve how each function across all regions adopts each value. The management team is 100% committed making sure each employee feels empowered in their position.
