The salary is lower than other entry level SDR roles, specially in London
Commission is capped
They hire externally for higher ranked roles rather than work on and train organically
Marketing is disastrous which means SDRs are affected in terms of their work and commission. They also look down on SDRs but expect them to do all their work perfectly - no team work at all
The only resource and tool given to SDRs is Salesforce and LinkedIn Learning - they are not willing to pay for other resources that will greatly help the SDRs
Not much opportunity for progression
The “team” mentioned in my pros have all left due to the above points
