Cons
Upper management diversity does not match the local populace. NeoDirect division has not promoted anyone internally in the Carrollton office in the almost 3 years I've been there. Attrition continues to increase to include a Senior Director and two front line supervisors. This is an executive heavy, bureaucratic federal contractor company that is extremely slow to initiate effective change and improvements.
