Pros

You have the ability to work remote anywhere.

Cons

Managers micromanage everything you do. You can't take any of your vacation. I rolled 80 hours of vacation over for the past 2 years and management put me on a verbal for going over my allotted time for the year. No room for growth, I haven't received a raise in two years. The software has technical issues that management can't seem to figure out which makes for a poor customer Experience. We have no team engagement, it's work, work! Management make their bonus on retaining the agents while we get a 100.00 bonus max. They change your schedule ever 6 months which is insane. It's also no Diversity in this company

Pros

Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

Cons

The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
