Pros

There used to be knowledgeable people before and company seemed like it would do well in the industry by delivering products.

Cons

Many people got laid-off/let go and company is mostly in staff augmentation business. Departments seem to be run by bad staff who for sure can't find another job if they tried now. So talentless. No growth for employees. You will be stuck at a dead end job.

Nothing to really talk about, it has been a 6 months me started working at this place and i'm on my notice period right now.

Cons

These people have to learn on how to treat an employee, how to treat a client and work on the promises given to their employers. - Pay is 40% less than average H1B Person in US - Agreement based on penalty, if you leave company in an year. You end up paying $10K, which is around your 2~3 months salary - Health insurance by 75% ~ 25% - No Paid leaves - No Growth apart from your team - No relocation Assistance
