Unlimited PTO and the occasional catered lunch.

Cons

This company was a joke. Nobody knew what they were doing. Management was always feuding with each other. In the 2+ years that I was there on the technical team we didn't launch a single product.

Nothing to really talk about, it has been a 6 months me started working at this place and i'm on my notice period right now.

These people have to learn on how to treat an employee, how to treat a client and work on the promises given to their employers. - Pay is 40% less than average H1B Person in US - Agreement based on penalty, if you leave company in an year. You end up paying $10K, which is around your 2~3 months salary - Health insurance by 75% ~ 25% - No Paid leaves - No Growth apart from your team - No relocation Assistance
