Free weekly lunches. Don't think they have this anymore.

Cons

I thought my last job was bad, but this was worse. The company has no direction. I tried to set up weekly meetings with all the directors but no one would ever show up. There was no transparency at all.

Nothing to really talk about, it has been a 6 months me started working at this place and i'm on my notice period right now.

These people have to learn on how to treat an employee, how to treat a client and work on the promises given to their employers. - Pay is 40% less than average H1B Person in US - Agreement based on penalty, if you leave company in an year. You end up paying $10K, which is around your 2~3 months salary - Health insurance by 75% ~ 25% - No Paid leaves - No Growth apart from your team - No relocation Assistance
